My Story

My career journey has always been centered around people.

From working as an employee experience and strategy consultant to leading large teams and heading People Experience at a national consultancy, I've dedicated my efforts to supporting and designing environments where both people and businesses can thrive.

Curiosity and a commitment to purpose-led organisations have been the consistent threads throughout my career, guiding me to Sprout.

At Sprout, I love that I can work with clients who are charting new territories and boldly challenging the status quo to help them accelerate their growth.
