I believe that successful businesses can make a real difference to our communities. I want to see businesses grow and help them make a true and lasting impact - creating more productive, united workplaces filled with engaged, happy individuals.

My Story

In my career I have had a number of people believe in me and support me. This has seen me hold leadership positions in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, as well as a regional role across APAC (AU, NZ, MY, SG, HK) and experience working in Canada. I have loved working across different cultures and environments. In many of these businesses I was given the opportunity to either start up a division (Australia), a location (NZ), or scale up the business (Hong Kong).

I have had a go at a couple of start-ups, one didn't go so well but with Sprout People we are continuing to grow and embarking on our own scale-up mission.

I love connecting individuals and am motivated by seeing the success in others.

We have an awesome team. I work alongside a group of talented humans, that care for each other and together create an environment where we all have a genuine sense of belonging. At the same time, we push ourselves to be the best that we can be and not complacent.

I genuinely love coming to work every day, I get to work with business owners who inspire me and have worked with some amazing people. As a Taranaki native, I value long and trusted relationships, working hard to make a difference and looking after others.
