My Story

I began my career in psychometrics, where I discovered a love of understanding what makes people tick and an appreciation for the power of having the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

My passion for helping people and businesses flourish led me to pursue a Master of Science with a focus in industrial-organisational psychology.

From there I moved into market research, where I was able to draw on my background in behavioural science and data analytics to help businesses navigate uncertainty and answer the big questions they were facing.

And then there was Sprout. Sprout combines everything I love about helping people thrive in the workplace and empowering businesses to reach their 'Aha!' moments.
