is at a transformative point in its journey. We are a premium, founder-led trust services business with deep roots in the Cook Islands and a growing international presence. We are now seeking a visionary and growth-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our global expansion, scale operations, and elevate our client-first business into a tech-enabled future.
This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional leader with experience in financial services, wealth management, or legal services to drive rapid, strategic growth while preserving the human touch and values that define Ora.

What You’ll Do:

As CEO, you will:
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Lead and execute a bold growth strategy within the next three years, including expansion into the U.S. and other global markets.
  • Champion a Founder-Led Culture: Continue the entrepreneurial, service-driven ethos established by founder Puai Wichman while scaling new systems, teams, and technologies.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Build and empower world-class sales and marketing functions, fostering a performance culture rooted in collaboration and innovation.
  • Integrate Technology: Implement AI-driven sales, CRM, and operational tools to increase efficiency, scalability, and client acquisition.
  • Expand Global Presence: Spearhead the launch of overseas entities as strategic hubs for international investment and distribution.
  • Own Business Development: Actively engage with intermediaries (law firms, CPAs, wealth managers), build strategic partnerships, and open new B2B and B2C channels.
  • Be the Brand Ambassador: Represent Ora Partners on the world stage with integrity, influence, and cross-cultural intelligence.
What You Bring
  • A proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in financial services, wealth management, or legal sectors.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with a focus on client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • A natural builder and influencer who can grow and manage high-performing commercial teams.
  • A strong technology mindset—you’re comfortable adopting automation and AI to drive scale and performance.
  • Exceptional cross-cultural leadership skills, with the ability to navigate diverse teams and markets.
  • Experience managing rapid growth, complex operations, and ideally, geographic expansion.
  • Commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, and the gravitas to work closely with a visionary Founder and Executive Chairman.
