We’re working with a fast-growing, global tech start-up company, already profitable and scaling rapidly with people located across NZ and the US. They have developed a culture of being dynamic, direct, and built on trust—no corporate red tape, just a team of driven professionals working together to achieve ambitious goals.
Given the growth of the business they’re looking for a proactive, independent Personal Assistant to support their leadership team and help shape their workplace culture.
The Role:
You’ll wear two hats:
- PA to the CEO – Calendar/email management, meeting coordination, and future travel planning.
- Office & Team Support – HR tasks (onboarding, visas), finance reconciliations, office management, travel planning, and event planning (team building, supplier coordination).
Who You Are
- 3+ years as an EA/PA or similar, comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Tech-savvy – Quick to learn new tools (they’re a software-driven company!).
- A self-starter – You don’t wait for instructions; you anticipate needs and act.
- Culture-focused – You’ll help foster our unique, collaborative environment.
- Bonus: Experience with immigration processes (visas, relocations).
