This is a 12-month fixed-term contract servicing Western Australia, with potential to become a permanent role.


The Role

As a Customer Account Manager – Food & Nutrition, you will drive growth through new customer acquisition while expanding and strengthening existing relationships with distributors and key stakeholders across aged care providers and hospitals throughout Western Australia.

You’ll engage with people at executive, clinical, and operational levels. Building trusted relationships and taking a strategic approach to sales is your strength, you understand what a strong sales process looks like, and this portfolio is yours to own.

You’ll enjoy the variety and challenge that comes with training customers, sharing valuable insights with a range of stakeholders, introducing new product lines, and creatively problem-solving to add real value to your customers’ businesses.

Travel is a key component of this role due to the size and remote nature of Western Australia. This may involve spending weeks away at a time depending on client needs, although a significant portion of the work remains Perth-based.

About You
You have a strong understanding of the sales process, gained through experience in an account management, territory, or BDM role that sells into agedcare or hospitals and the healthcare system.

You will follow a structured sales process, demonstrate the ability to influence at all levels, and have the drive to acquire new business. Known for your ability to nurture relationships, you are optimistic, curious, and have a strong work ethic. With an ownership mindset and a go-getter attitude, you will take control of your territory and be constantly looking for challenges and opportunities to move things forward.

Your background may be commercial or clinical. Experience as a speech pathologist, dietitian, nurse, or chef is highly regarded, bringing valuable credibility and insight when engaging with clinical teams and end users.

Location
This remote role is based in Perth with travel throughout based on customer needs.
