The Role
As a Business Development Manager, your role is to drive growth through new customer acquisition and by expanding existing relationships with distributors and strategic individuals within hospitals across Queensland.
You will be dealing with people at the executive, clinical, and operational levels. Relationships and a strategic approach to sales are your specialty - you know what a good sales process looks like, and this role is yours to own.
With plenty of support, a strong track record, and a fantastic leader and team, you can bring your expertise, skills, and energy together to thrive—opportunities are there for the taking!

About You
You have a strong understanding of the sales process, gained through experience in an account management, territory, or BDM role that sells into Queensland's hospitals and healthcare system.
You will follow a structured sales process, demonstrate the ability to influence at all levels, and have the drive to acquire new business. Known for your ability to nurture relationships, you are optimistic, curious, and have a strong work ethic. With an ownership mindset and a go-getter attitude, you will take control of your territory and be constantly looking for challenges and opportunities to move things forward.
Location
This remote role can be based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast, with regular travel throughout Queensland, determined by customer needs.
