The Role :
Driven by growth, this newly created role offers the chance to drive revenue and market expansion across New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. Based in Wairau Valley - Auckland, you will report to the Managing Director.
Combine your engineering/manufacturing background with technical sales expertise in this rapidly growing, high-tech engineering and manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaboration to create and implement comprehensive sales strategies, identify target markets and customer segments, and align with Triode's business objectives and revenue goals.
- Sales Planning: Develop and implement a structured sales plan aligned with business objectives, forecasting future sales and outlining key activities to achieve targets
- Customer Acquisition / Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and drive growth through market research, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closing, while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and promoting the company's services.
- Reporting & Administration: Utilise sales tools and systems to provide transparent and data-driven insights, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and informed strategic planning through accurate CRM data and reporting

- Proven experience in sales execution with strong business acumen.
