    The role
    As a Customer Manager, your role is to execute a strategy to grow the business through current customer growth. A key focus for this role is to help the customers through the change process that goes with integrating the meals into each site.   

    As such, your role will see you: 
    • Teaching and providing valuable insights to prospects and customers - things that can help their residents, foodservice and business.
    • Tailoring solutions that provide a good fit to increase quality and remove risk in food service, thereby assisting to improve revenue and reduce expense.
    • Taking control of an implementation plan to successfully implement change and realise value for our customers, as soon as possible.
    • Providing ongoing care and support for customers, leveraging Pure Food expertise to assist continuous improvement for their business

    With a wide range of touch points at any one site, from village managers and chefs, through to carers and clinical managers, your role is to communicate the benefits, nurture relationships, support people through the change/adoption process, and introduce new product lines that are readily developed. 

    Based in Auckland with an office in Otahuhu, this role will cover south of the bridge and the South Island, requiring frequent travel and overnight stays.


    About you
    You will be an experienced account manager in roles that require high levels of influencing, change management, and relationship nurturing.  You don’t need a background in nutrition, but you will need to have a passion for it, as well as empathy and care for the elderly.  Industry experience in healthcare, food service or a similar industry, where there is a high level of support and account management required. 

    With the aged care industry changing fast, you will need to be adaptable, embrace change and have the confidence to navigate any situation.  What’s more, you will be resilient, ambitious, organised and enjoy helping people - you are that person who ‘gets things sorted’.
