ECOYA is a lifestyle brand specialising in home fragrances, guided by leading perfumers and fragrance experts.
We started working with ECOYA as they were in a critical stage of needing someone talented to join their team.
The Challenge:
ECOYA was planning for significant growth in Australia, while consolidating New Zealand, and needed a Head of Sales who could operate at a strategic level, while coaching and leading from the front.
The Result:
Working with the CEO of ECOYA, we gained an understanding of the business strategy, team structure and how this role contributes to their success. A full brief was undertaken and a search and advertising approach was created.
We advertised through our networks and created a market map, collaborating with the client on industries, experience and the levels of various candidates.
We co-interviewed alongside the CEO, worked through the negotiation process and provided market data for the board. The calibre of the final candidate is a testament to her success in her role.
