Lead the Australian national sales team for one of the fastest-growing businesses in aged care nutrition. This is more than a sales leadership role. It's an opportunity to:

The Pure Food Co supplies the healthcare and aged care sector across Australia, New Zealand and France, nourishing seniors by creating a variety of fortified foods that are full of fresh flavours and enriched with natural nutrition. Your role
Reporting to the Australian Country Manager, you’ll be the critical link between the sales vision and the day-to-day execution - bringing together a strong team, clear systems, and meaningful customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and coach a high-performing national sales team of eight people across Australia
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and the Key Account Manager to deliver on sales strategy and drive the actions that make a difference to both the customers and sales targets
  • Support the team to grow their customer accounts, including both large accounts and the distributor channels
  • Establish the systems, rhythms, and disciplines that enable sustained growth
  • Lead from the front - you’ll travel to customer sites, distributor locations, and events to stay close to what matters

About you
You'll thrive in this role if you bring sales leadership experience from food service, FMCG, aged care, pharma, or medtech, have a passion for developing people, and enjoy operating in a fast-moving commercial environment.
  • A hands-on people manager with field sales leadership experience, ideally in food service, FMCG, aged care or pharma/medtech
  • Skilled in coaching, onboarding, and building structure without disrupting what’s working
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a passion for lifting team performance through insight, quality, and customer connection
  • Curious, driven, and ready to build on something great rather than reinvent it
  • Ideally you will have experience working with distributors
  • Insight and/or interest in healthcare, aged care, or nutrition-focused food sectors
This role is based in Melbourne. You will need to have the ability to travel across Australia and to New Zealand. France may be on the cards.

This is a strategic and people-first role, where your impact will be in your ability to take everyone to the next level. You’ll be the Country Managers right-hand person, helping shape how The Pure Food Co grows, while keeping quality, people, and purpose front and center.
