Head of Partnerships
Get bspkl's technology into the right hands.
Bspkl is NZ's first hydrogen deep tech company, making catalyst coated membranes for PEM electrolysis. Our technology works. Now we need someone to build the commercial relationships that turn that into real-world adoption.
As Head of Partnerships you'll own the pipeline, including identifying the right customers, suppliers, and research partners, getting in the door, and working alongside our CEO to convert those conversations into pilots, trials, and long-term partnerships.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Building and managing a pipeline of strategic partners and customers across bspkl's target markets
- Getting product samples into testing with priority customers
- Developing NZ supplier and consortium relationships that support our growth
- Shaping early commercial models and supporting deal structuring
- Representing bspkl externally with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Gathering and synthesising market feedback to inform product and strategy decisions
- A track record building partnerships or pipeline for technically complex products
- Experience in long-cycle, consultative, or partnership-led commercial environments
- Comfort working alongside technical founders and translating that into external conversations
- Startup or scale-up experience. You know what it's like when the product and the market are still taking shape
- Networks in hydrogen or iridium a huge plus
