About the role
As General Manager, you will take ownership of the next stage of growth, bringing structure, clarity, and commercial focus while protecting what makes this business special.
This role centres around:
- Translating strategy into execution across the business
- Growing revenue and commercial value through driving both direct sales and brand value
- Embedding scalable systems, processes, and rhythms that support growth
- Strengthening governance, reporting, and commercial discipline, with full responsibility for the P&L
- Leading and aligning a capable senior leadership team
- Balancing sales growth with operational delivery
About you
You’re someone who knows how to build and run a business, and more importantly, grow one. You bring:
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong relationship bulidng and story telling ability, building trust with team, suppliers, and customers across multiple markets. You will need a sales bent.
- An understanding of how to balance demand, capacity, and delivery - sales growth needs to match growth in operational capacity.
- Experience working in or alongside trade, manufacturing, or service-based environments
- The ability to lead leaders - setting direction, creating clarity, and building accountability
- High EQ, with the ability to work alongside and respectfully challenge visionary founders and diverse personalities
- A leadership style that inspires, challenges, and builds trust
