The Role
This is a growth-focused role where you’ll take ownership across Western Australia, driving new business while strengthening existing relationships across aged care providers, hospitals, and distribution partners.
You’ll operate at all levels, from executive through to clinical and operational, building trusted relationships and bringing a structured, strategic approach to sales. This is your portfolio to own, with the autonomy to make it happen.
With strong backing from an experienced leader and a supportive team, you’ll have the platform, credibility, and product offering to genuinely make an impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive new customer acquisition across aged care and hospital networks
- Grow and deepen relationships with distributors and key stakeholders
- Engage across executive, clinical, and operational levels
- Own and execute a structured, strategic sales process
- Deliver training and education to customers
- Introduce new product lines and identify growth opportunities
- Provide insights that add real, commercial value to your customers
- Solve problems creatively to support better outcomes
Travel:
- Travel is a key part of the role given the scale of Western Australia
- Expect periods of travel, including time away for regional visits
- Perth remains a core base, with a significant portion of work centred there

About You
You bring a strong understanding of the sales process, built through experience in account management, territory management, or BDM roles within aged care, hospitals, or the broader healthcare system.
You follow a structured approach to sales, know how to influence at all levels, and have the drive to win new business. You’re equally strong at building and nurturing relationships,bringing energy, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to delivering value.
With an ownership mindset, you take accountability for your territory. You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and always looking for opportunities to move things forward.
Your background may be commercial or clinical. You could be a speech pathologist or nurse who has transitioned into sales, or a sales professional with deep experience in aged care, hospital, or pharmaceutical environments.
Either way, you bring the credibility and insight needed to engage confidently with clinical teams and end users.
