This role would suit someone with around two years of recruitment experience who enjoys recruitment but wants to do it in a more thoughtful, strategic way than traditional agency or internal roles.
As a Recruitment Partner at Sprout People, you’ll work alongside founders, executives, and leadership teams to help design and deliver the roles that shape their businesses.
Our work typically spans three areas:
- Go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, growth)
- Technical and niche specialist roles
- Leadership and executive appointments

You’ll:
- Help design roles with clients, not just fill them
- Work directly with founders and business owners
- Offer insight and problem-solving around hiring challenges
- Occasionally advise clients not to hire when that’s the right decision
You’ll likely have around 1–2 years’ recruitment experience and be:
- Curious about startups, scale-ups, and growth companies
- A problem solver who enjoys understanding how organisations work
- Driven, coachable, and motivated to learn
- Comfortable working with autonomy and flexibility
