  • Design the recruitment process - messaging, advertising, approach, and create or review of job description

02 Recruit

  • Advertise and share your role across targeted channels

  • Proactive search and engagement with head hunting and utilisation of our networks

  • Initial Interviews, plus co-interviewing alongside you

  • Process and offer management including interviews, reference checking, other testing and negotiation 

03 Set up for Success

  • Create an onboarding success plan including job description, KPIs and 30, 60, 90 day plan

    We start by understanding your business model, goals, culture, and leadership expectations. Then we build a targeted search strategy, run screening and interviews, assess fit and capability, and support final selection. It’s hands-on and outcomes-focused and we’re with you every step of the way.

  • How long does recruitment take?

    Most senior and specialist searches take 6–10 weeks. Hard-to-find roles can take longer, but we’ll tell you upfront and adjust our approach as needed.

  • What if I’m not sure what role I actually need?

    You’ve come to the right place. We will always question the purpose of the role, how it fits within your strategy and support you to design the role. Many leaders come to us unsure whether they need a GM, Head Of, or something different, we help you clarify capability gaps, role scope, and structure before recruitment starts. 

  • How do you assess cultural and leadership fit?

    Through structured interviews, capability assessments, and deep conversations about your values, leadership style, and team dynamics. We match for long-term impact, not just technical skill.

  • What happens if a hire doesn’t work out?
