- Product R&D Testing and Design: Help develop and refine cutting-edge products through rigorous testing and innovative design.
- Building and Installing Equipment: Get hands-on with the assembly, installation, and optimization of equipment.
- Manufacturing Systems and Process Development: Drive efficiency and quality by developing and improving manufacturing systems and processes.
- Project and Operations Management: Take ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Bachelors degree in engineering (ideally Mechanical or similar fields)
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and hardware space
- Hand on skills - ability to use tool and equipment for prototyping, testing etc.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where priorities can shift quickly. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot seamlessly to meet new challenges.
