Our second Growing Technical Leaders programme is taking registrations now for a December 2024 start.
Join us for a six-month course designed to take your leadership to the next level.
We designed this course for Kiwi tech leaders, with the help of Kiwi tech leaders, after interviewing 16 startup leaders. They included Founders, CEOs, CTO’s, and Heads of Engineering.
Our research confirmed that a lot of Kiwi startups feel like they have a people leadership problem. They are struggling to find and develop great leaders. You can read more about what we found here.
The research is clear: investing in your development as a people leader means your team will be more engaged, effective, and more likely to stick with you as the business grows.
This programme will equip you with tools and techniques to work better with the people around you, growing skills around communication, navigating difficult conversations, building trust and influencing others.
It will help you become a more effective leader.
