At a pivotal stage in their journey, Ora Partners faced a significant leadership transition as their Founder and CEO prepared to step away from the day-to-day running of the business. To navigate this change and continue their growth in the Cook Islands, they needed to recruit a new CEO with cross-cultural experience and the capability to succeed in a founder-led organisation.

Solution
