1. Define the leader you want to be
To be a great leader you need to know the type of leader you want to be and actively work towards it. It doesn’t just happen. Module one is about defining the leader you want to be.
2. Master communication
Your communication style is not universal. The approach you take to different situations and people needs to be able to adjust. Module two arms you with a communication framework.
3. Feedback hacks
Nobody likes giving feedback but clear is kind and you’re better off doing it early and often than letting it fester. Module three provides a cheat sheet for giving valuable feedback.
4. Build trust like a pro
Trust is essential for the success of you as a leader and your business. There will be times when you want to do it all yourself - without trust you are going to have a hard time being a leader.
5. Change management
The only constant is change, you can be the difference between positive change and chaotic change for your people. Become an expert at navigating it and you can succeed in any role.
6. Leadership in action
Be ready to put your leadership skills to the test in the interactive final module.
