Do you want a sales role, while also being a key part of building a business? Are you commercially curious, hungry and ambitious, and have expereince in enterprise / complex sales cycles within the facilities and property sector?

You could be joining a Kiwi-founded tech company that has built a world-class end-to-end platform that is used by customers across New Zealand, Australia, the US, and now the UK - and they are only just getting started.  

This is your chance to not just be in sales, but build the business: 
  • Shape the sales engine from the ground up – this is the first sales hire to sit alongside the sales leader. You’ll be building playbooks, testing approaches, and influencing how the company grows NZ, the US and beyond.
  • High-quality solution, under-told story – this business has already has a strong product with proven use cases, but the world doesn’t yet know enough about it. This role is about unlocking that potential.
  • Drive solution sales – You’ll be selling a full solution: hardware + SaaS + long-term contracts to medium and enterprise clients, with big names amongst property managers, marinas, stadiums, Govt and more.
  • Career growth – get in early and you’ll have a real chance to step up into leading the sales team as they expand across NZ, Australia, the US, and the UK.

We are looking for specific experience in:
  • PropertyTech - ideally a hardware + SaaS solution, but one or the other is okay
  • Enterprise or complex sales to the property or facilities industry
  • For example, you may be in visitor management, access control, Security, CCTV, IoT, EV charging, smart meters, facilities / asset management or leasing software, etc
This role is based in Auckland, with some travel, and comes with a carpark, attracive base and commission.
