About the Role

As R&D Manager, you’ll lead a team of highly skilled engineers across multiple projects, balancing innovation and execution. Your role will focus on:

• Managing high-priority projects across hardware and software, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.

• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary R&D teams in fast-paced environments.
• Technical expertise in hardware and software R&D, ideally within EV, renewable energy, or high-tech sectors.
