The role
As an Account Manager, your role is to execute a strategy to grow the business by new customer acquisition and expanding existing relationships through site expansion and new products, whilst developing robust relationships with distributors across Australia.

In addition to new business opportunities, you will work with customers to support them through the change process that comes with integrating the meals into each site. As such, your role will see you:
With a wide range of touch points at any one site and various stakeholders at different levels, You will drive relationships across executive, clinical, and operational levels, including clinical dietitians, senior management, and product users. Your role is to communicate the benefits, build and nurture relationships, support people through the change/adoption process, and introduce new product lines that are readily developed.
About you
You will be an experienced account manager in roles that require high levels of influence, change management, new business, and relationship nurturing. You will be optimistic, curious, and have a good work ethic. With an ownership mindset and a go-getter attitude, you will take ownership of your territory and be constantly looking for challenges and how to move things forward.
Your understanding of Queensland's hospitals and healthcare system is crucial in building relationships within the sector. You don’t need a background in nutrition, but you will need to have a passion for it, as well as empathy and care for the elderly. Aged care or food service experience is advantageous.
This remote role can be based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast, with regular travel throughout Queensland, determined by customer needs, You'll focus on expanding Pure Food Co's presence and take ownership of new opportunities to drive business growth.

The role

- Building relationships and developing your network with the right people
- Tracking leads and projects (such as pilot programmes)
- Communicating the benefits, whether it is through onsite testing or communication with stakeholders
- Negotiating pricing and distribution deals
In addition to new business opportunities, you will work with customers to support them through the change process that comes with integrating the meals into each site. As such, your role will see you:
- Teaching and providing valuable insights to prospects and customers - things that can help their residents, foodservice and business.
- Tailoring solutions that provide a good fit to increase quality and remove risk in food service, thereby assisting to improve revenue and reduce expense.
- Taking control of an implementation plan to successfully implement change and realise value for our customers, as soon as possible.
- Providing ongoing care and support for customers, leveraging Pure Food expertise to assist continuous improvement for their business
