We are looking for a skilled Contract Full-Stack Developer with experience in both web and mobile app development. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time. This role will primarily involve working on a project that requires expertise in both Android and iOS development. Based in the office on the Viaduct in Auckland CBD.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, React Native) and Node.js for backend development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a focus on web and mobile app development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript for frontend and backend development.
  • Experience working as a contractor or freelancer on short-term projects.
  • Proficiency in Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
  • Familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
