My Story

I am passionate, driven, love helping others and I have high standards. I think these are all a pre-requisite for continued success. My experience covers working in the UK and NZ for a variety of organisations, initially in the sales/account management and leadership space, then into recruitment agency and in-house recruitment/talent/HR roles. I've done almost every variation of recruitment and HR you can think of, and I enjoy drawing on these experiences to support the founders and leaders of the businesses of tomorrow.

My motivation comes from being part of something that makes an impact. Being inspired by those I interact with every day is super important to me.

What I love about Sprout

After 14 years working in recruitment I was lucky enough to take a short career break which helped me re-focus on what is important to me and push reset on my own work-life balance. Something I learnt from this is the importance of reflection and self awareness. Owning your strengths and weaknesses is empowering, and for leaders and managers it's essential. One of the things I love about Sprout is the fundamental work we do to help people gain clarity about themselves and their teams. I am passionate about people and being that person to turn to, I thrive on being relied upon.
