As the Quality Systems & Improvements Manager, you will take ownership of quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement within the facility.
You’ll focus on LEAN-based optimisations and the digitisation of quality data and processes to maintain and elevate production standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality control measures in line with ISO9001 and other standards.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives that integrate LEAN concepts and Industry 4.0 automation, optimising workflows and data handling.
- Supporting R&D and prototyping efforts through effective quality and compliance measures.
- Managing supplier quality and compliance to ensure seamless, high-quality operations.
About You
You’re a quality-focused professional experienced in ISO9001 and/or AS9100 standards, ideally with a background in precision manufacturing or CNC machining. You have a strong foundation in continuous improvement, with a focus on LEAN methodologies and digital automation to drive efficiency and quality.

- At least 5 years experience in a relevant manufacturing management role, over the course of which has included project management, implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and continuous improvement
- A background in implementing LEAN principles and optimising processes digitally.
- Hands-on experience with digital quality control systems and workflow automation.
- Tertiary or trade qualification in an engineering or other relevant field is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, promoting a proactive, quality-first culture.
