Here, you’ll have the tools and support to bring digital innovation to quality assurance and compliance, driving automation in workflows and enhancing processes to meet stringent standards, including ISO9001 and AS9100.

The Opportunity
As the Quality Systems & Improvements Manager, you will take ownership of quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement within the facility.

You’ll focus on LEAN-based optimisations and the digitisation of quality data and processes to maintain and elevate production standards. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing quality control measures in line with ISO9001 and other standards.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives that integrate LEAN concepts and Industry 4.0 automation, optimising workflows and data handling.
  • Supporting R&D and prototyping efforts through effective quality and compliance measures.
  • Managing supplier quality and compliance to ensure seamless, high-quality operations.
You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of engineers, technicians, and operators, embedding a culture of quality and forward-thinking into every level of production. With access to advanced ERP and quality systems, you’ll be empowered to implement best practices and drive meaningful improvements.

About You
You’re a quality-focused professional experienced in ISO9001 and/or AS9100 standards, ideally with a background in precision manufacturing or CNC machining. You have a strong foundation in continuous improvement, with a focus on LEAN methodologies and digital automation to drive efficiency and quality.

Additional Experience & Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, compliance, and data automation in manufacturing.
  • At least 5 years experience in a relevant manufacturing management role, over the course of which has included project management, implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and continuous improvement
  • A background in implementing LEAN principles and optimising processes digitally.
  • Hands-on experience with digital quality control systems and workflow automation.
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in an engineering or other relevant field is desirable but not essential 
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, promoting a proactive, quality-first culture.
