This role is focussed on strategic, C-level as well as Deep Tech recruitment, but we aren't your traditional recruiter. Due to our advisory nature, you will often see us at our clients’ vision and values workshops, strategising on organisational design, or designing their onboarding and success plans.
Our clients range from high growth Kiwi businesses, through to Digital and Deep Tech companies. The common ground is that our clients have big ambitions and care about growing their business through people. If you haven’t discovered the world of deep tech, these are the companies that are developing groundbreaking ideas that literally change the world - such as climate tech, med tech or agri tech innovations. They have long R&D cycles, complex roads to commercialisation and face rapid change.

Your role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in both C-level recruitment and strategic deep tech roles, you'll partner with entrepreneurs and founders to source top-tier talent and contribute to our growth strategy.
You will:
As one of our most senior recruiters, you will have experience in leadership / search based recruitment. To bring the level of thinking and advice our clients need, you will need commercial nous, exceptional relationship building skills and the curiosity to ask the right questions. You will be inquisitive about people’s mindsets, love connecting with clients and candidates, and be obsessed with delivering a premium service.
What's more, if you do have an interest in employer branding or culture, whether from your marketing or HR background, or as a lifelong learner on all things culture, we can put those skills to use!

Your role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in both C-level recruitment and strategic deep tech roles, you'll partner with entrepreneurs and founders to source top-tier talent and contribute to our growth strategy.
You will:
- Focus on our Deep Tech sector, building your network, meeting new clients and connecting with great people who have the right mindsets and capabilities to scale a startup
- Recruit C-level roles for ambitious Kiwi businesses - often high growth startups or SMEs.
- Identify opportunities to add value to the employer brand of our clients
- Manage your clients, deliver a great client and candidate experience, and always find ways to add value
- Work alongside our advisory team to learn about the challenges and opportunities to add value through our Advisory services
- Contribute to the Sprout strategy and growth plan - we are in it together and everyone’s ideas are needed for us to grow.
