Allco is an importer and distributor of specialty waterproofing construction products, with its products and systems installed in many of New Zealand's high-profile projects as well as commercial and residential buildings. With the main office in Albany and a team around the country, they now need you to develop and strengthen their relationships with architects and applicators Auckland-wide.


The Role
You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with a base of architects and applicators working on commercial projects, providing them with tailored support, training, and expert advice. You will collaborate with key construction players to establish Allco’s products as their top choice. Full training and support is provided - we simply need your drive, commitment and nous

 As such, your role will be to represent Allco in the market by: 
  • Developing and expanding relationships with architects involved in mostly commercial project, and some larger residential projects
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing solutions for the company
  • Adding value through advice, detailing, recommendations and simply making it easy for the architects
  • Consistently drive results, building relationships across the industry - from construction firms and contractors, through to attending regular trade events in the region.
As the key representative for the company, you'll thrive on building relationships, diving into technical details, and finding ways to make Allco’s solutions the preferred choice among architects.

   
About you
You will have experience in technical sales and working within the architectural market, including presentation and education skills. 

You will be a strong relationship builder - this is what sets you apart, along with your inquisitive nature and curiosity to learn and develop your technical knowledge.  You thrive on connecting with the guys on the construction sites, enjoy a bit of banter, and be the ‘go-to’ person for this area of the business.
