Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Identify, analyze, and report software defects, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and debug issues, providing detailed information for efficient resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and methodology.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in automation testing.
- Proven experience in automation testing, particularly in writing and understanding test scripts.
- Proficient in using automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
- Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Prior experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
